Individual Therapy - Adults and Adolescents (50 minutes) - $200

Couples and Family Therapy (80 minutes) - $250

Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of service. I am a Lyra provider. I currently do not accept insurance. I am considered an out-of-network provider. However, most PPO insurances will provide at least partial reimbursement for out of network providers. I can provide you with a monthly super-bill in order for you to submit to your insurance for a reimbursement claim. Please check with your insurance panel to verify out of network provider reimbursement benefits. Questions to ask your insurance panel:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• How many sessions does my health insurance cover per year?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session for out-of-network providers?

In addition, you may consider financing your therapy through your Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
